Job Description

  • Leave management. Maintaining leave records and personal records/files.
  • Responsible for making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, ticketing, visa processing
  • Following up with insurance companies for insurance policies. Coordinating with mediclaim authorities for proper claims.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results.
  • Responsible for invoicing and attendance tracking of employees deployed abroad
  • Responsible for maintaining online HRIS
  • General administration-Stationary, pantry supplies, rental agreements etc., agreements with outsourcing contractors, vehicle, hotels, travelling etc.
  • Organizing events, get-togethers as per company's requirement with proper approval and policy
  • Maintaining and executing the staff event calendar, coming out with new team building concepts and executing them. 
  • Coordinating with Accounts department for timely payment to statutory and HR related vendors and supporting in invoicing
  • Handling issues related with all official agencies
  • Preparing/sending out payslips
  • Responsible for conducting exit interview and exit formalities
  • Responsible for CSR activities
  • Responsible for background verification for all employees or new hires.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS office & Excel.
  • Must have excellent English skills.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
