Job Description

Roles and responsibilities are:-

  • Good exp. in hotel bookings, travel industry, client co-ordination, hotel booking, coordination and client management support
  • Dealing with company's corporate clients.
  • Booking domestic/International travel for directors and other employees of the company.
  • Advising employees on respective airline/hotel/car rules, regulations and cancellation polices.
  • Remain updated on all aspects of international /domestic travel including best deals, fare updates, regulate attendance at product lunches and all job related training.
  • Provide accurate airport arrival notices and responsible for airport pick up.
  • Maintains accurate records with regards to any travel arrangements and ensures timely information is provided to employees.
  • Managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipments, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, security etc.
  • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, building, etc.
  • Vendor management
  • Handling quotations, monthly billing, cheques, settlement of petty cash with finance department and submitting to finance department etc.
  • Following up for payment of bills to vendors with finance department
  • Arranging for accommodation of new joiners in case required
  • Providing reimbursement to interviewees as and when required
  • Support in any other admin related tasks and issues
